Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives, ensuring satisfaction and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying areas for service enhancement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies for account retention, growth, and overall service excellence.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to account growth.
  • Manage project timelines efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or related roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in client-facing roles.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing account management or customer success role.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Experience working remotely is preferred.
  • Familiarity with service delivery processes and strategies for improving account performance.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Flexible working hours with core availability during standard business hours (9 AM - 6 PM) to collaborate across time zones.
