About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Trainer to design, conduct, and evaluate training programs for schoolteachers. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions on pedagogy, classroom management, and subject-specific methodologies.
The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in teacher training or academic facilitation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct teacher training workshops on pedagogy, classroom management, and subject-specific teaching strategies.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive product/subject trainings as per curriculum requirements.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and consultation with school leadership.
  • Develop training modules, lesson plans, and supporting material (presentations, handouts, manuals).
  • Mentor and guide teachers to enhance their classroom practices and student learning outcomes.
  • Provide feedback, observe classroom teaching, and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest educational practices, NEP 2020 guidelines, NCF 2023, ECCE, CBSE/ICSE/State board requirements.
  • Coordinate with the academic and editorial team for content development and alignment with curriculum standards.
  • Maintain training records, prepare reports, and share progress with management.
