Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Banking Operations Analyst with deep expertise in banking operations, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and lending operations.

As a domain expert, you will collaborate with our AI development team to provide critical insights, ensuring our solutions address real-world banking challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Domain Expertise Collaboration

Work with AI engineers and data scientists to translate banking operational requirements into technical specifications.
Provide insights on banking workflows, compliance requirements, and operational challenges to guide product development.
Participate in the design, testing, and refinement of AI solutions to meet industry standards.

Banking & Loan Operations Knowledge

Utilize hands-on experience in KYC, CDD, AML, and other banking processes to inform AI models.
Keep the team updated on banking regulations, compliance mandates, and industry best practices in India.
Identify opportunities where AI can streamline operations, enhance compliance, and improve customer experiences.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all AI solutions adhere to RBI, SEBI, and other regulatory guidelines.
Assist in developing compliance frameworks within AI products to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Support risk assessments and audits related to AI-driven banking solutions.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and demonstrate AI solutions.
Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team, ensuring alignment on objectives.
Provide training and support to clients on the banking aspects of AI solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

✔ 3-7 years of hands-on experience in banking operations within Indian banks.
✔ Deep understanding of KYC, CDD, AML, and regulatory compliance processes.
✔ Knowledge of lending operations processes.
✔ Prior experience collaborating with technology teams or working on tech-enabled banking solutions is a plus.

Skills:

✔ Strong knowledge of Indian banking regulations and operational procedures.
✔ Excellent communication skills – ability to explain banking concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
✔ Proficiency in banking software systems; familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects.
