About the Role:

Netflix is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join its team to help manage large volumes of content and data. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent attention to detail who can process, organize, and verify data effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all information is accurately entered into Netflix’s internal systems, helping to maintain the integrity of the content library and other essential data.

Responsibilities:

Data Management: Accurately input and update large sets of data into internal systems and databases.
Content Review: Ensure that metadata and content information are correct, consistent, and organized.
Data Verification: Cross-check and verify the accuracy of the entered data to ensure that there are no discrepancies or errors.
Content Support: Assist in the preparation and formatting of content data for various departments, including marketing, operations, and analytics.
Collaboration: Work closely with teams in content operations, engineering, and business analysis to resolve data-related issues.
Reporting: Generate and maintain reports related to data accuracy, content status, and processing timelines.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a data entry, administrative, or content management role.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Experience with spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and database management.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
- Familiarity with data entry software or content management platforms is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Bonus Skills:

Familiarity with Netflix's content management systems or related media platforms.
Experience in the entertainment industry or working with large media libraries.
Knowledge of data analysis or basic scripting is a plus.
