Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized tutoring sessions to students in subjects such as Math, Science, English, Social Studies, and more.
Conduct both one-on-one and group sessions, either online or at the student’s location in Bengaluru.
Develop lesson plans and educational materials customized to students' needs and learning styles.
Track students' progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching methods to ensure academic success.
Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians to ensure the student’s development is on track.
Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and educational tools to enhance the learning experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant subject (Education, Science, Math, English, etc.).
Previous tutoring experience is preferred, but not mandatory; freshers with a passion for teaching are welcome.
Strong knowledge in the subject area you wish to tutor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Patience, creativity, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Comfortable using online tutoring platforms and tools for virtual sessions.
Ability to adapt to various student needs, learning styles, and academic levels.

Experience

Prior experience in teaching or tutoring is preferred but not required.
Experience working with students of various age groups and academic levels is a plus.
Ability to provide references from previous educational or tutoring roles is an advantage.

Working Hours

Flexible working hours based on student availability.
Availability to work weekends or evenings as per the student's schedule.
Minimum of 10-15 hours per week commitment, with opportunities for more based on demand and availability.
