Job Summary
Tesla is seeking passionate and experienced Home Tutors and Online Tutors to join our growing team in Chennai. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about teaching and can help students of all age groups excel academically. Tutors will be responsible for delivering lessons in a variety of subjects to students in Chennai, either in-person or virtually, based on the student's preference. Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions for students in various subjects, including but not limited to Math, Science, English, Social Studies, and Computer Science.
Prepare lesson plans based on the curriculum or specific needs of the student.
Assist students in improving their grades and understanding of difficult subjects.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
Help students with homework, projects, and exam preparation.
Use online platforms and tools for virtual tutoring sessions (if applicable).
Create a supportive, engaging, and positive learning environment for students.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A strong educational background in the subject(s) you wish to tutor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Proficient in the use of online teaching tools (for online tutors).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.

Experience

Previous tutoring experience is preferred but not required.

Working Hours
