Join bp’s Wells Solutions team—a group of technical experts managing conformance, sustainability, and digital transformation for wells activities. This role is central to maintaining and digitizing well requirements, managing change processes, and supporting audits across global assets.
Maintain, update, and digitize well requirements documentation
Facilitate the Wells Requirements Management processes
Support Continuous Improvement (CI) and simplification initiatives
Assist with audit activities and Management of Change (MoC) processes
Build strong collaborations across Wells and P&O
Present materials to senior leadership
Work closely with Digital and Automation teams
Education:
???? Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
Experience:
✅ Minimum 5 years in a high-hazard industry
✅ Experience in requirements management, operating systems, or MoC processes
✅ Preferred: Experience in Wells/Upstream Oil & Gas
✅ Knowledge of digital tools like DOORS (Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System) is a plus
✅ Familiarity with digital initiative deployment
