Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month
Work Mode: Work from Home
Experience: 1+ year in billing/accounting roles (Preferred)
Issue and send invoices to vendors.
Monitor accounts receivable and manage financial transactions.
Handle new contracts and sales data.
Ensure billing accuracy by collaborating across departments.
Reconcile vendor accounts and maintain up-to-date records.
Create and present analytical reports to senior management.
Identify and resolve billing errors, discrepancies, and delays.
Conduct audits and data quality reviews.
Manage SO/PO discrepancies with root cause analysis.
Improve billing procedures through feedback and analysis.
Support monthly pre-billing review for accuracy.
Use charts and graphs to analyze and present revenue trends.
Interact with clients and vendors to resolve billing issues.
Graduate in any discipline.
1+ years' experience as a Billing Analyst or similar role.
Strong knowledge of billing procedures and billing software.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with SQL and databases is a plus.
Excellent communication skills for internal and external coordination.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
