Business Analyst Trainee
Product - SaaS CRM
HYBRID - WORK FROM HOME / OFFICE (3 days each)

Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial for identifying business needs and making data-driven decisions.
Technical Skills: Candidates should have knowledge of MS Excel and proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, AI, ChatGPT, Power BI). Familiarity with business process modeling and project management.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for conveying findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships is important.
This role involves data analysis and client support, where you will assist customers in growing their businesses using AUTOSherpa CRM. Our team is highly adaptable and provides exceptional consultative support to automotive dealers through a creative problem-solving approach and in-depth knowledge of AUTOSherpa CRM.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL GET –
I. Develop deep knowledge of AUTOSherpa CRM Software.
II. Monitor performance of teams using Excel and Analytical tools
III. Partner with our customers to resolve issues through Phone Email or Chat.
IV. Help customers navigate variety of tools within CRM Software
V. Diagnose software issues and engage with our product team as per process.

III. Ready to adapt to Changing priorities and customer needs.
IV. Happy to help our customer with a broad smile.
MUST HAVE -
I. hands-on experience on MS Excel Functions such as - VLOOKUP, PIVOT Table, IF Conditions, Graphs & Charts, Python, SQL, Power BI, Generative AI, AI Agents, Automation, n8n, canva etc
IT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE –
II. If you are a multilingual speaker fluent in any of the following language - HINDI, MARATHI, TAMIL, MALAYALAM, TELUGU, PUNJABI, BENGALI
System Requirements -
I. Laptop / Desktop will be provided by company.
Compensation Plan -
Rs. 10,000 Monthly stipend during first 6 months of training.
Annual CTC of Rs. 2,40,000 will apply after the 6 months of training completion.
