Key Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate luxury vehicles, ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers.
Provide outstanding customer service to clients, creating a pleasant and stress-free travel experience.
Maintain vehicles in impeccable condition through regular inspections and cleanliness.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety and compliance.
Plan and follow efficient routes to accommodate client schedules.
Assist clients with luggage, open doors, and ensure they are comfortably settled in the vehicle.
Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times.
Communicate effectively with the transportation coordination team for schedule updates and changes.

Perform routine maintenance checks and promptly report any vehicle issues to supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License: Must hold a clean and valid driving record.
Experience: Previous experience as a driver, particularly in luxury or corporate transportation, is preferred.
Road Safety Expertise: Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and road safety regulations.
Driving Proficiency: Exceptional driving skills, especially with luxury and high-end vehicles.
Customer Service Focus: Ability to manage high client expectations with professionalism and poise.
Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and Tamil; additional languages are an advantage.
Professionalism: Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent service.
Time Management: Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Coimbatore, including key routes, landmarks, and shortcuts.

Experience

Minimum Experience: 2–3 years of professional driving experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Handling luxury or high-end vehicles.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles is highly desirable.

Working Hours

Full-Time Position:
- Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on client needs.
- Typical workweek: 40–45 hours, with potential for overtime.
