Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Marketer at Pericles Ventures Pvt. Ltd. in Pune. The role involves creating engaging, innovative digital content across various platforms, managing social media channels, collaborating with the marketing team, and staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends.

Roles & Responsibilities

Content Creation & SEO

Write well-researched, SEO-optimized, grammatically correct blogs within specified timeframes.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends in SEO and content marketing.
Ensure content ranks high on specified content management and analysis tools.

Social Media Management

Assist in the creation and curation of engaging content for business magazines & social media channels (Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.).
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to optimize content performance.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Track and report on social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.

Marketing & Collaboration

Support the planning and execution of influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas and innovative marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in SEO content writing & social media management.
Strong passion for social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
Skills in Content Creation, Social Media Management, and Digital Marketing.
Knowledge of SEO & analytics tools.
Experience in developing digital content strategies.
Copywriting & Editing skills.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and sense of aesthetics.
