Job Description

We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Creative Director to lead our corporate video production team on a part-time basis. The Creative Director will oversee end-to-end video projects, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring high-quality content that meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

???? Oversee the video production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
???? Collaborate with internal stakeholders & external clients to understand project requirements.
???? Develop creative concepts and ideas for videos and present them to clients.
???? Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, including videographers, editors, and sound designers.
???? Ensure production deadlines are met while keeping projects within budget.
???? Conduct team meetings to review progress, brainstorm ideas, and resolve production challenges.
???? Maintain a strong industry network, including production vendors and talent agencies.
???? Stay updated on the latest video production trends and best practices.

Requirements

???? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field.
???? Experience: 8-10 years in corporate video production with proven leadership skills.
???? Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of video production software and equipment.
???? Leadership Skills: Ability to manage, motivate, and guide creative teams.
???? Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build client and stakeholder relationships.
