Job Summary:
Apple is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ecommerce Business Analyst to join our remote team. This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for data analysis, market trends, and ecommerce optimization. As an Ecommerce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing market data, identifying business opportunities, and making recommendations to enhance the performance of our ecommerce platforms. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret ecommerce data to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product management, to optimize business processes and strategies.
Provide actionable recommendations for improving product listings, customer experience, and conversion rates.
Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer preferences.
Support the development of strategic initiatives for expanding and optimizing Apple’s ecommerce presence.
Manage and improve the quality of data collection and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and consistency in decision-making.
Communicate findings and results effectively to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong experience in ecommerce business analysis, preferably within a large, fast-paced online retail environment.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in ecommerce business analysis, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.
Proven track record of improving ecommerce performance through data-driven decision-making.
Experience with Apple’s ecommerce platforms is preferred.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time remote position, offering flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for key meetings or project deadlines.
