Vericle Corporation offers an EHR software product and RCM services to healthcare practice owners. We are seeking a skilled AR Follow-Up Analyst to ensure maximum insurance reimbursements by resolving claim denials, delays, and underpayments.
Maximize reimbursements for US-based healthcare providers
Investigate and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and delays
Communicate with US-based insurance carriers for follow-ups and appeals
Plan and execute denial appeal processes
Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinicians to resolve claim data errors
Minimum 6 months experience in US-based AR follow-up
Experience with charge and payment posting
Strong understanding of US medical insurance claim cycles
Familiar with:
ICD-10, CPT, HCPC codes
CMS-1500 & UB-04 claim formats
Experience in Vericle Software is mandatory
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Self-driven and able to work independently
Willingness and comfort working US shift (Eastern Time)
Reliable high-speed internet access
Backup mobile hotspot
Laptop/Desktop with at least 8GB RAM
100% Remote Work
