Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Counsellor with expertise in skin and hair aesthetic treatments to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing professional guidance, support, and recommendations tailored to individual needs. This role combines client interaction, education, and treatment coordination to ensure a seamless and satisfying patient journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultations:

Conduct detailed consultations with patients to understand their concerns, goals, and medical history.
Educate clients about various skin and hair aesthetic treatments, including their benefits, procedures, and expected outcomes.

Treatment Recommendations

Suggest appropriate treatments based on client needs and clinical assessment in collaboration with dermatologists or aesthetic doctors.
Develop customized treatment plans for optimal results.

Pre- and Post-Treatment Care:

Explain pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment care protocols.
Address patient queries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
Follow up with clients to monitor progress and satisfaction with treatments.

Sales and Upselling:

Educate clients about additional services and products to enhance results.
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective counseling and upselling.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate client records, including consultation notes, treatment plans, and follow-up details.
Provide feedback and reports to management regarding patient preferences and treatment outcomes.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, and administrative staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and techniques in the field of aesthetics.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Psychology, or related fields. A diploma or certification in skin and hair aesthetics counseling is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a medical or aesthetic counsellor, specifically in skin and hair treatments.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, PRP therapy, hair restoration, etc.

Soft Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Empathy and patience in dealing with clients.

Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.

Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and local languages is preferred.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using clinic management software and tools.
