Job Responsibilities
- Perform detailed requirements analysis, document processes, and create user stories.
- Collaborate with teams to analyze data and support functional/customer acceptance testing.
- Manage multiple projects, ranging from moderate to complex, and oversee tasks for a team of 10+ people.
- Assign tasks, prioritize them, and collaborate with business partners for feedback.
- Create visually engaging decks using data from Jira and other reporting tools.
- Work within an Agile environment, actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
- Collaborate with external teams to identify and address blockers, providing ETAs for resolution.
- Create and prioritize product roadmaps.
- Create and assess business requirement documents.
- Track and report team progress using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Guide the team in adopting Agile practices to improve efficiency and delivery.
- Assist in planning and designing solutions through requirements gathering.
- Document and maintain requirements, user stories, and related analysis clearly.
- Develop simple workflows and process maps based on input from various sources.
- Collaborate with Technology and Teams to gather requirements, solutions, plans, estimates, and troubleshooting.
- Identify and eliminate blockers for the development team, working with external teams when necessary.
- Prioritize product backlog, ensuring alignment with business vision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of IT or business experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, with active participation in sprint planning, reviews, and managing daily stand-ups.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Miro.
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate with all levels of employees and management.
