About the Role

Apple’s Marcom team is a global, creatively-led division responsible for crafting world-class marketing communications that engage and inspire millions of customers worldwide.

As an Associate Creative Director (ACD), you will play a key role in shaping brand narratives across multiple platforms. You will develop high-impact campaigns, product launches, and creative content that maintain Apple's reputation for excellence.

This role demands a strong background in brand copywriting and creative direction, with an ability to develop compelling storytelling across diverse mediums, including digital, retail, social media, and advertising.


Key Responsibilities

???? Creative Leadership: Conceptualize, write, and direct best-in-class marketing content for Apple’s products and services.
???? Brand & Copywriting Expertise: Write and review headlines, scripts, and long-form content while ensuring brand consistency.
???? Campaign Execution: Work across online, retail, channel, events, and advertising platforms to deliver engaging marketing experiences.
???? Collaboration: Partner with designers, art directors, and technical teams to execute innovative creative solutions.
???? Presentation & Strategy: Present ideas to senior creative leadership and Apple executives, ensuring alignment with Apple’s brand vision.
???? Localization & Adaptation: Adapt US headlines for an Indian audience while maintaining the original intent and impact.
???? Project Management: Work with project managers and creative directors to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.


Minimum Qualifications

12+ years of experience in advertising, branding, or copywriting at leading agencies or design firms.
Strong command of English writing – from crafting punchy headlines to compelling long-form content.
A portfolio showcasing conceptual and copywriting expertise across major marketing campaigns.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in conceptualizing, directing, and executing major advertising or branding campaigns.
Ability to produce work across multiple mediums, including social media, product launches, film, and digital content.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring brand messaging is consistent and impactful.
Experience working on global brands/campaigns with exposure to international creative standards.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
