Pitaara TV is looking for a creative and skilled Producer to lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of high-quality Punjabi television content. You will play a crucial role in scriptwriting, production management, and post-production to ensure engaging and culturally rich programming.
???? Scriptwriting – Develop compelling and engaging scripts for television shows, documentaries, and short films.
???? Pre-Production – Oversee location scouting, casting, budgeting, and scheduling.
???? Production Management – Coordinate production teams, ensure smooth execution of shoots, and maintain quality standards.
???? Post-Production – Work closely with the editing team to enhance content with sound effects, music, and graphics.
✅ Quality Control – Ensure all productions maintain high creative and technical standards.
???? Department Coordination – Work with marketing, sales, and finance teams to align production with business goals.
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in the TV or radio industry.
✔ Strong command of Punjabi (both written and spoken).
✔ Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling abilities.
✔ Passion for Punjabi culture and entertainment.
