We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented VFX Production Coordinator to support our team in managing the successful execution of multiple VFX projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, deadline-driven, and highly skilled in communication, with experience in coordinating complex deliverables across technical and artistic disciplines.
???? Project Coordination – Work with Line Producers, Production Managers, and Supervisors to set milestones and project deliveries.
???? Task Management – Assign tasks and briefs in collaboration with department heads.
???? Tracking & Scheduling – Monitor progress of deliverables across multiple projects and update tracking software (Shotgun).
???? Problem Resolution – Address bottlenecks and facilitate solutions between teams and resources.
???? Documentation – Take accurate notes during team and client briefings, ensuring prompt communication.
???? Client Deliveries – Collaborate with the Editorial department to ensure timely project submissions.
???? Forward Planning – Anticipate upcoming delivery requirements and brief teams accordingly.
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in feature film VFX production.
✔ Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
✔ Proficiency in Shotgun and database entry.
✔ Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
✔ Experience in scheduling complex projects (MS Project experience is a plus).
✔ Basic command-line knowledge and ability to work across multiple OS environments.
✔ Eagerness to learn the VFX production pipeline.
