As a Content Writer and Editor, you will be responsible for overseeing content strategy, ensuring high-quality and engaging content across various platforms, and leading a team to achieve content goals.
Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute content strategies aligned with client objectives, including keyword research and topic ideation
✅ Create high-quality and engaging content for different mediums (websites, blogs, social media, etc.)
✅ Lead and manage a team of content writers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship
✅ Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand voice adherence
✅ Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop compelling content concepts
✅ Stay updated with industry trends and content marketing best practices
✅ Manage content calendars, deadlines, and workflows
✅ Implement SEO strategies to optimize content for search engines

✔ Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (Not mandatory but preferred)
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Writer or Editor in any industry
✔ Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
✔ Proficiency in content management systems and AI SEO tools
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines
