We are looking for an in-house Copywriter responsible for creating high-quality content. Your role will include maintaining quality assurance processes, ensuring content aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines, and enhancing engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Create high-quality, engaging copy that meets Pepper’s content standards.
✅ Collaborate with the client success team to understand content needs and expectations.
✅ Ensure all content exceeds client requirements and promptly address any concerns or revisions.
✅ Identify areas for process improvement in copywriting and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
✅ Produce short-form written content, including marketing materials, social media posts, and more.
✅ Work closely with content strategists, editors, and project managers to provide valuable feedback and guidance.
✅ Develop content strategies with the creative team to ensure top-quality delivery.
✔ Proven experience (2+ years) in copywriting
✔ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and content samples
✔ Excellent grammar, punctuation, and style with a keen eye for detail
✔ Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback
✔ Analytical mindset focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement
✔ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients
