Aether Prosthetics is a medical robotics company focused on biosignal processing and bionic limbs for upper limb amputees.

We are currently looking for a Customer Support & Product Development Engineer to provide support for Aether’s advanced prosthetic devices, ensuring optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support and resolve queries
  • Manage servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of hand and elbow
  • Perform on-site visits for device installations, repairs, and maintenance
  • Lead mechanical and embedded design projects
  • Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and replacement components
  • Plan and execute the Elbow Production
  • Ensure compliance with medical device regulatory standards during servicing and production
  • Manage glove development, including design, and refinement based on user feedback
  • Collaborate with R&D and product teams to report bugs and suggest improvements
  • Provide feedback to production teams on customer insights and emerging needs

Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics
  • Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and basic firmware/software debugging
  • Hands-on experience with medical devices, robotics, or prosthetics
  • Excellent English communication skills for technical and non-technical team/users

Experience:

  • Total work : 1-2 year
  • Prior experience in a support or service role within the medical or biomedical industry is preferred

Language Preference :

Hindi, English

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday: 10:30 am - 7:00 pm

Saturday: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
