Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for designing and executing targeted email marketing campaigns to promote our IT services, drive lead generation, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Email Campaign Creation: Design, develop, and deploy targeted email campaigns promoting IT services using marketing automation tools.
Content Creation: Write compelling email content, including subject lines, headings, and body text aligned with the brand voice and tone.
Email List Management: Manage and maintain email databases, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and compliance with anti-spam laws.
Campaign Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support sales growth through strategic email initiatives.
Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to personalize and optimize email marketing efforts.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all communications align with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging standards.

Requirements

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably within the IT services industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficiency with email marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
- Experience with email service providers (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Strong content creation and copywriting abilities.
- Data analysis and performance reporting skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and personalization strategies.
