We’re now seeking a Marketing Manager to help us tell that story and take our brand to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute the brand’s marketing roadmap in alignment with company goals and market trends.
Campaign Management: Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns (launches, promotions, partnerships), ensuring creativity, consistency, and performance.
Social Media & Content: Oversee content calendars and collaborate with content creators to maintain a strong, engaging social presence across all platforms.
Influencer & Community Marketing: Build and manage influencer collaborations, affiliate programs, and community engagement initiatives.
Performance Marketing: Manage paid ads (Meta, Google, Instagram Reels, etc.), SEO, and email campaigns; track KPIs to optimize acquisition, retention, and ROI.
Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis, consumer research, and trend monitoring to inform product positioning and messaging.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, design, and founders to create unified brand experiences.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle industries
Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and influencer culture
Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, etc.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
A passion for beauty, wellness, and conscious consumerism

Nice to Have

Experience working in an early-stage startup
Background in PR, partnerships, or DTC e-commerce
Graphic design or content production skills
