Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Associate at Amazon, you will:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Marathi, Hindi, and English, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and ensuring timely solutions.
Assist customers with product orders, order tracking, and troubleshooting.
Accurately document interactions and escalate complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.
Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions to uphold Amazon’s high service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (both spoken and written).
Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or BPO roles is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
