Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST

???? About BP & The Role

As BP transitions into a more integrated energy company, we are establishing a Business & Technology Centre (BTC) in Pune, India. This centre will drive customer experience, innovation, and global capabilities at scale using advanced technology.

The Continuous Improvement Advisor will be responsible for supervising, managing, documenting, and optimizing end-to-end processes. The role involves working across multiple sub-teams to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and develop best practices.


???? Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement & Documentation:

  • Review and refine existing processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop end-to-end workflows and process documents.
  • Create standardized documentation templates and playbooks.
  • Maintain the Process Document Library for easy access to resources.

Training & Collaboration:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives and conduct training sessions.
  • Act as the main contact for onboarding new contract employees.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Project & Workflow Management:

  • Oversee data collection, process documentation, and monthly newsletters.
  • Manage Functional Assurance & Assumption Process in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Track DocuSign documents and manage workflow automation using Smartsheet & Datamesh.
  • Handle business-critical projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.

???? Qualifications & Experience

???? Education & Work Experience:
Degree in Information Systems or Business Administration.
4-7 years of business experience in the Retail sector.
✔ Prior knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Agile) is a plus.

???? Technical & Soft Skills:
Smartsheet experience is a must.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
✔ Knowledge of Power BI and data integration from multiple sources.
✔ Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
✔ Excellent presentation & communication skills, comfortable interacting with senior leadership.
✔ Technically savvy and independent in managing IT/software platforms.
