We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for managing eCommerce operations and leading a team. You will oversee account management across various online platforms, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales growth while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
✅ Account Management:
Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Oversee day-to-day operations on major eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Meesho, Etsy, Walmart, Joom).
✅ Sales & Revenue Generation:
Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth across key accounts.
Implement sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets and company objectives.
✅ Strategic Planning & Collaboration:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth objectives for each eCommerce platform.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service) to meet client needs effectively.
✅ Client Communication & Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts and terms with key accounts to maximize profitability.
Address client issues and concerns promptly to maintain positive client relationships.
✅ Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports and performance updates to senior management.
✅ Customer Service & Problem Solving:
Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving client concerns efficiently.
Apply problem-solving techniques to resolve operational issues and optimize processes.
???? Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
1+ year of experience in eCommerce, key account management, or sales (required).
???? Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Knowledge of the eCommerce industry, marketplace dynamics, and platform operations.

Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
