Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our remote team. This is a client-facing role with the opportunity for rapid growth. In fact, 50% of our leadership team began as entry-level remote employees.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams (5–10 members) including researchers, strategists, designers, developers, QA, analysts, and clients to drive projects forward.
Strategy & Planning: Create a testing roadmap (10–20 A/B tests), align stakeholders around the vision, and report progress in weekly client meetings.
Energy: Serve as the main point of contact, keeping both clients and internal teams engaged and motivated throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

We provide training in A/B testing, so prior experience in this area is not required. We are looking for candidates who have:

Diligence & Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills.
Project Management Experience: Preferably in software or agency environments.
Communication Skills: Proactive, clear, and frequent communicator.
Curiosity: Interest in technology, user behavior, and problem-solving.
Availability: Responsive and reliable, with a bias toward action and accountability.
