Groot Technology Solutions is a rapidly growing ecommerce company helping E-commerce sellers to create their brand across various online marketplaces, primarily on Amazon, Myntra & Global marketplaces like Etsy & Walmart. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team and take charge of the responsibilities.

Job description:

Listing Management:

Create and manage product listings on Amazon & Myntra.
Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
Monitor and update listings to reflect changes in product availability and pricing.

Account Management:

Manage and maintain accounts on multiple ecommerce platforms for various sellers.
Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics, such as sales, traffic, and customer reviews.

Client Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners for all day to day activities.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any issues or concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives.

Requirements:

Work Experience: Proven experience in ecommerce management, specially in handling Amazon & Myntra marketplaces for 2-3 years is recommended.

Education: At least a Bachelor's Degree

Skill: Good at Microsoft Office, MS- Excel, Tech Savvy & Strong written and verbal communication skills.. Well versed with English, Hindi & Bengali.
