Job Title:

E-commerce Executive – Logistics

Location: Vasai
Experience: 1–3 years
Preferred Gender: Male

Job Summary:

We are hiring an E-commerce Executive with experience in logistics and warehouse coordination. The role involves managing online order processing, inventory tracking, dispatch coordination, and logistics support to ensure smooth fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage online orders (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
  • Coordinate with warehouse for picking, packing & dispatch
  • Track shipments, handle delivery issues, returns, and reverse logistics
  • Update inventory and listings on e-commerce platforms
  • Work with courier partners and maintain delivery performance records

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Logistics/Supply Chain
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic order/inventory systems
  • Knowledge of courier platforms like Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
