We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Advisor Specialist.

Responsibilities

Individual contributor in testing capabilities, including test planning, scripting, and execution.
Expertise in Payments & Liquidity domain and automation tools such as Java & Python.
Design test artifacts to align with organizational goals and IT strategies.
Work closely with various testing teams to execute testing phases with high standards.
Champion Agile methodologies, promoting shift-left testing techniques and advanced automation strategies.
Collaborate with global testing teams to share best practices and integrate high-end testing approaches.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring rigorous testing to identify weaknesses and drive improvements.
Represent testing at enterprise-level meetings, providing status updates and risk escalations.
Partner with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.

Requirements

4-6 years of overall experience, with at least 1-2 years of leadership experience in testing and automation.
Strong domain expertise in Payments and Liquidity.
Proven experience in requirement management and business analysis within an IT environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and REST Assured.
Experience with Maven, GIT, Jenkins, and Java.
Hands-on experience with Page Object Model and Data-Driven Design Patterns.
Expertise in integrating automation scripts using CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins.
Strong SQL knowledge.
