Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Software Developer to develop software-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, logical, and communication skills, a curious mindset, and an interest in the latest technological advancements. You should be able to understand client requirements, conduct research, conceptualize ideas, and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & implement software systems and applications to meet business objectives.
Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements and developing potential solutions.
Document solutions using flowcharts, diagrams, layouts, and clear code documentation.
Study system flows, data usage, and workflows to develop software solutions.
Collect, analyze, and summarize development and service issues for continuous improvement.
Conduct user research and evaluate client feedback.
Establish and promote coding standards, best practices, and software guidelines.
Successfully manage project deliveries within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Mentor & train new developers on project delivery processes.

Requirements:

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with any standard language (PHP, Java preferred).
Strong knowledge of JavaScript for quick prototyping.
Database management skills are required.
Experience with React or Angular is a plus.
Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
Up-to-date knowledge of software trends, techniques, and technologies.
Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and perform well under pressure.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients.
A strong team player mindset.
