Key Responsibilities

Deliver packages and products to customers' homes or businesses within the designated area in Madhya Pradesh.
Ensure that deliveries are completed on time, with accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing any issues or concerns during the delivery process.
Handle all goods with care and ensure packages are delivered in good condition.
Follow delivery routes as per the established plan and adjust routes as necessary to avoid delays or traffic issues.
Report any delivery issues, delays, or other challenges to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Use the company’s delivery app to log deliveries, track performance, and maintain communication with the logistics team.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while on the job.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Access to a vehicle (bike, scooter, or car) for deliveries.
Ability to navigate the local area using GPS or maps.
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
Basic knowledge of smartphone apps for tracking deliveries and managing routes.
Flexible availability and willingness to work during peak hours or weekends, if required.
A positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.

Experience

Previous delivery experience or experience in customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience in using mobile apps for delivery tracking is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Working Hours

Flexible working hours (part-time position), with the opportunity to choose your shifts based on availability.
