We are currently looking for a full-time Business Immigration Paralegal with experience in employment-based immigration cases. This is a fully remote position where you will work directly with clients via phone and Zoom to prepare immigration forms and petitions.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Draft immigration forms including N1W, O1, EB1, I-140, and I-601A.
✔ Assist attorneys in preparing evidence packets in support of client cases.
✔ Present forms and documents for review and revision by the supervising attorney.
✔ Track case progress using case management software (MyCase), making detailed notes on case updates, client communications, and strategy changes.
✔ Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) related to employment-based immigration cases.
✔ Attend weekly meetings with the supervising attorney.
✔ Coordinate with the lead attorney to respond to client inquiries and keep them informed about case status.

Required Qualifications

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal at an immigration law firm.
✅ Proven experience drafting forms N1W, O1, EB1, I-140, and I-601A.
✅ Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent writing skills.
✅ Strong technical abilities (this is a fully remote position).

Preferred but Not Required

Experience filing PERM cases (ETA 9089), H-4 EADs, B-2 tourist visa extensions, changes of status from B-2 to F-1 student, and F-1 reinstatements.
Familiarity with case management software such as Docketwise, Dropbox, and MyCase.
