We are looking for a hands-on Senior Backend Engineer with significant experience designing and delivering high-impact projects.
???? Work on consumer-facing products built iteratively to enhance customer feedback loops.
???? Lead system design, development, deployment, monitoring, infrastructure, and production support.
???? Ensure high performance and scalability as the business grows.
???? Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver customer value.
???? Balance architecture flexibility and scalability while avoiding over-engineering.
???? Mentor and guide junior engineers, enhancing productivity, quality, and reliability.
✔ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
✔ Proficiency in Scala or Java and at least one additional programming language (JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.).
✔ 5+ years of experience developing scalable backend services using Scala or Java.
✔ Hands-on experience with:
(Scala experience is not required but willingness to learn and master it quickly is essential.)
