Tesla is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to play a key strategic role in supporting the Global Marketing team. In this position, you will drive HR practices aligned with business goals and marketing objectives. The role will focus on organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, and the implementation of HR strategies that enhance productivity and performance across marketing teams globally. The Senior HRBP will collaborate closely with marketing leaders, providing data-driven HR solutions to attract, retain, and develop talent within the marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Leadership: Partner with senior marketing leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support the business goals and objectives of the global marketing teams.
  • Talent Management: Drive talent acquisition, talent development, and performance management processes, ensuring the marketing team is equipped with high-performing talent.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Cultivate a positive organizational culture and employee engagement within the marketing function through effective communication, recognition, and learning opportunities.
  • Organizational Development: Analyze and support the development of the global marketing organization, ensuring optimal structure and role clarity to drive productivity and alignment with business goals.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and resource allocation to meet the marketing department’s growing needs.
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance reviews, feedback cycles, and career development plans to enhance employee growth and performance.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives and organizational transformation efforts to improve processes and promote HR best practices across marketing teams.
  • HR Analytics: Use HR metrics and data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommend improvements to talent strategies.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure HR policies, practices, and legal requirements are adhered to, ensuring fairness and consistency across global marketing teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (such as SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role within a global marketing or creative environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and organizational development processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and drive HR initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the adaptability to work in changing environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics and workforce planning.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role within a marketing or creative environment.
  • Experience in global HR operations and managing HR functions across multiple geographies.
  • Proven track record in talent management, organizational development, and change management within dynamic and creative organizations.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position, with flexibility required to accommodate global teams and different time zones.
  • Occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings, team-building events, or leadership conferences.
