Key Responsibilities

Collaborate on refining business requirements.
Assist in designing, building, and maintaining high-quality products.
Write unit, automation, and integration tests to ensure product quality.
Work closely with cross-functional teams across regions.
Participate in design and code reviews.
Continuously learn and seek improvements in work and organizational practices.
Proactively find ways to enhance customer experiences.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
4+ years of experience in developing and delivering highly available enterprise web applications in a Java development environment.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, or React.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong analytical thinking.
Experience in supporting application infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
Ability to apply engineering principles to improve existing systems and lead complex projects.
Prior experience mentoring junior developers.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
