Why We Need You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Enterprise Support Engineer with 3–7 years of experience in SSL VPN and network security.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Work primarily during EMEA hours, with flexibility to support other regions as needed.
  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and issue replication to identify and resolve customer problems efficiently.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for Ivanti products.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly with IT professionals within customer accounts.
  • Maintain detailed case documentation in the problem-tracking system.
  • Contribute to the knowledge database by documenting inquiries, solutions, and implementation scenarios.
  • Assist management, product teams, and developers by clearly documenting and escalating customer concerns.
  • Participate in technical reviews for new product launches.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Core Technical Expertise

  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, firewalls, subnetting, routing, switching, VLANs, and protocols like HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, and FTP.
  • Experience with AAA servers (Active Directory, LDAP, Radius, Certificates).
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems.
  • Knowledge of VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, KVM for virtualization.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with IPSEC, PKI, SAML/SSO, and VPN technologies.
  • Understanding of load balancing and WAN optimization.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Qualifications)

  • Identity Management: AD, Entra, Okta, SaaS platform integration.
  • Scripting Languages: PowerShell, Perl, Python.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Experience with JIRA and Salesforce CRM.
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM): Knowledge of Android and iOS.
  • Project Management: Basic understanding of managing tasks effectively.

What It Takes to Succeed

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or IT-related fields.
  • Basic certifications in Windows, Linux, or Cisco are a plus.
