As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide technical assistance to customers for Jamf products and supporting technologies, helping troubleshoot installation, integration, and system-related issues. You will serve as an escalation point for complex problems, work with enterprise customers, and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation.
???? Work Mode: Hybrid (part-time in Bengaluru office)
???? Eligibility: Open to applicants currently based in India
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Jamf products, systems, networks, and hardware.
✔ Act as a technical escalation point for complex support cases and enterprise environments.
✔ Mentor and train new employees on technical and soft skills.
✔ Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
✔ Deliver technical training to both internal teams and external customers.
✔ Collaborate with Product Specialists and Product Management to submit product issues and feature requests.
✔ Provide on-call support for critical issues outside normal business hours (as needed).
✔ Communicate effectively through various channels such as email, phone, and screen sharing.
✔ Maintain case management and response times to meet support targets.
✅ 2+ years of experience in technical support and/or systems administration.
✅ 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting systems, networks, and hardware.
✅ 2+ years of experience using command-line tools.
✅ 2+ years of experience with macOS and server platforms.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in a simple, user-friendly manner.
✅ Exceptional customer service skills with experience interacting with internal and external clients.
✅ Professional working proficiency in English.
➕ Experience with Jamf or other Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
➕ Hands-on Apple platform experience.
➕ Knowledge of Apple security, enterprise IT, and automation technologies.
