Job Summary

Houston Gifted Consultancy is seeking an experienced Virtual Recruiter to join our team on a work-from-home basis. As a Virtual Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for our diverse range of clients. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various job openings, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment tools to source candidates.
Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and candidate suitability for client roles.
Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, employment laws, and company guidelines.
Maintain an up-to-date candidate database.
Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Provide regular status reports on recruitment progress to clients and internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and hiring processes.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Comfortable working independently in a virtual setting.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a virtual or remote capacity.
Experience sourcing candidates across various industries, including technology, finance, and healthcare.
Familiarity with remote onboarding processes is a plus.

Working Hours

Full-time position with flexible working hours.
Must be available to work during standard business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday), with occasional evening or weekend hours as required by client needs.

Sourcing and Screening: Ability to effectively identify and attract qualified candidates using various tools and methods.
Interviewing: Proficiency in conducting remote interviews and assessing candidates' suitability for roles.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
