Songdew is a platform for independent artists, providing opportunities to promote their music and grow their audience. Our YouTube channels, Songdew TV and Songdew Spotlight, showcase independent music and artists to a broader audience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Intern with experience in handling YouTube channels to help manage, grow, and engage our community on YouTube. The ideal candidate should have measurable results from previous YouTube campaigns and a solid understanding of YouTube SEO, ads, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and engage with the community on Songdew TV and Songdew Spotlight YouTube channels.
  • Upload and optimize videos for maximum reach and visibility.
  • Execute targeted YouTube ad campaigns to drive views and engagement.
  • Analyze video performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve results.
  • Stay updated on YouTube trends and contribute new content ideas to increase engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing a YouTube channel with measurable success (growth in subscribers, views, or engagement).
  • Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, video optimization, and ad campaigns.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere) is a plus.
  • Ability to track and measure performance using YouTube Analytics and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
