As an Account Manager at HackerEarth, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities.
???? Account Management & Growth:
Manage relationships with existing enterprise accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Expand accounts by engaging with current buyers, securing new references, and establishing contacts within the organization.
Ensure timely invoicing and assist in payment collection from clients.
???? Prospecting & Pipeline Development:
Identify and prospect potential clients across US and global markets.
Generate meetings with C-level and VP-level executives through outbound activities like cold calling and targeted emails.
Build and maintain a predictable opportunity pipeline to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
???? Sales Execution:
Discover, pitch, demo, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
Effectively assess client requirements, identify pain points, and deliver value-based solutions.
Accurately forecast and achieve/exceed new business sales quotas.
???? Industry Expertise & Data-Driven Sales:
Develop a thorough understanding of tech hiring and the evolving HR tech landscape.
Utilize CRM systems and sales tech stacks to capture market intelligence and optimize your sales process.
✅ Experience & Skills:
1+ year of experience as an Account Manager, managing and expanding existing client relationships.
1+ year of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), generating new business and setting meetings.
Proven ability to sell to C-level executives and decision-makers in enterprise and mid-market segments.
Strong expertise in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and building sales sequences.
A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
