Position Details:

Title: Operations Executive (Chat Support)
Business Unit: Business Support Service (BSS)
Reporting To: Team Leader / Team Manager
Location: Panjim, Goa
Mode: Work from Office


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via live chat, providing prompt, accurate, and helpful assistance.

  • Amend and update customer bookings as per their requests while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, escalating complex matters when required.

  • Communicate with clients through Microsoft Teams channels, offering updates, addressing concerns, and collecting feedback to improve service quality.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language.

  • Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, and report writing.

  • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm with 100% accuracy.

  • Effective team player with strong interpersonal abilities.

  • Good time management and organizational skills.

  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.


Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of airline/hotel contract terminology.

  • At least 1 year of experience in an airline or hotel reservation function.


Educational Qualifications:

Graduates in any of the following disciplines are encouraged to apply:

  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)

  • Bachelor of Travel and Tourism Management

  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
