Position Summary:

We are looking for a Male Sales Executive for the Evening Shift (3 PM to 10 PM). In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the achievement of our sales targets. Your duties will also involve handling administrative tasks and utilizing CRM tools to streamline the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Research potential prospects and generate new leads.
Efficiently handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints.
Manage the sales process using CRM and related software.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
Seek new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media.
Prepare and deliver compelling product and service presentations.
Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to address their needs and concerns.
Regularly prepare and deliver reviews and reports on sales and revenue data.
Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
Negotiate and close deals, effectively addressing customer objections.
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in a relevant field.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM software.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to engage in storytelling, active listening, and objection handling.
A positive, confident, and determined attitude.
Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
High self-motivation and ambition to work independently and as part of a team.
