About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Clothing Visual Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating seamless prints, designing stylish patterns, and preparing print-ready artwork. Proficiency in CLO 3D, Photoshop, and Canva is essential. You will collaborate closely with the design and production teams to develop unique designs that align with the brand's style and meet production specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Seamless Print Design: Create visually striking, seamless prints and patterns for various clothing items, ensuring designs are versatile and production-ready.
Apparel Illustrations: Design unique and trendy patterns for different clothing types, including t-shirts, hoodies, sportswear, and more.
CLO 3D Design: Use CLO 3D to develop 3D garment models, ensuring accurate fit, texture simulation, and print placement.
Print-Ready Artwork: Design and export high-quality, print-ready artwork, ensuring the correct file formats, resolution, and details for screen printing or digital printing.
Brand & Trend Alignment: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines, seasonal trends, and customer preferences.
Collaboration: Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet production timelines.
Concept Development: Create mood boards, design concepts, and presentations for new collections or product lines based on market trends and brand direction.
Digital Content: Design digital assets for marketing (e.g., social media posts, website banners, email campaigns) using tools like Canva.
Attention to Detail: Ensure all designs are meticulously developed and checked for consistency, scalability, and accuracy before submission to production.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of experience as a clothing visual designer or in a similar design role within the fashion or retail industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CLO 3D, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing seamless prints, original graphic designs for apparel, and examples of print-ready artwork.
Seamless Print Expertise: Proven ability to design seamless prints and patterns that work across various garment types and fabric materials.
Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, focusing on producing accurate, print-ready designs that meet technical requirements.
Creative and Trend-Savvy: Strong understanding of current fashion trends, color theory, and design principles in apparel design.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze design challenges and offer effective solutions to meet production requirements.
Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of other design tools like Illustrator or InDesign.
Experience with fabric printing techniques and understanding of fabric types and their properties.
Understanding of garment production processes and print production workflows.
