Key Responsibilities

Design Creation: Develop creative graphic design concepts for marketing materials, websites, social media platforms, branding, and other digital content.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, brand identity, and design requirements, ensuring the final product meets expectations.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Adaptability: Modify designs based on client feedback and revisions, ensuring a high-quality, refined final output.
Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all design materials, adhering to predefined brand guidelines and best practices.
Creative Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and design techniques to create fresh and innovative designs.
File Preparation: Prepare design files for print or digital publishing, ensuring all technical specifications are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and skill.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or similar design tools.
Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Creativity: Ability to create original, innovative designs while maintaining a professional and polished aesthetic.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure while ensuring accuracy and quality.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design.
Previous experience working as a freelance designer is an advantage.
Portfolio showcasing previous design projects is a must.

Working Hours

Part-time role with flexible working hours.
Typically, 10-20 hours per week, with the possibility to increase depending on workload and project deadlines.
Work can be done remotely from home or any location within Karnataka.
