We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to design, develop, and maintain technical learning materials for internal employees, external partners, and clients. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and engaging learning experiences while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
???? Curriculum Design & Development:
Design and develop technical courses for internal teams, partners, and clients.
Conduct thorough research to define course scope and align content with target audience needs.
Evaluate existing curriculum by analyzing learner feedback and provide actionable updates.
Ensure no errors are reported post-publication and that courses maintain a 70% learner completion rate.
???? Quality Assurance & Feedback:
Provide constructive peer feedback during reviews and ensure less than 10% feedback on deliverables.
Monitor deliverable timelines and ensure delays are less than 5% with valid justification.
Implement continuous improvements based on learner feedback and stakeholder inputs.
???? Collaboration & Communication:
Build and maintain seamless working relationships across internal departments.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
????️ Content Innovation & Maintenance:
Propose innovative approaches to deliver content with quality and speed.
Regularly update courses with the latest enhancements and improvements.
Ensure tasks in 1team app are consistently up-to-date without long-running delays.
???? Experience & Knowledge:
4+ years of Instructional Design experience in a corporate setting.
Previous experience with planning systems is highly preferred.
Expertise in technical writing and content development.
???? Skills & Competencies:
Deep understanding of Instructional Design principles and best practices.
Ability to create clear, concise, and interactive learning materials.
Storyboarding and scriptwriting proficiency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
????️ Technical Proficiency:
Microsoft Office (PowerPoint) and Google Suite
Adobe Captivate / Articulate Storyline (Required)
Camtasia / Premiere Pro (Required)
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Preferred)
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS3, and Flash Programming
Experience with LMS platforms and course development software
