Job Overview

We are seeking passionate and creative Female Fashion Designer Associates (Freshers) to join our team at our Kochi & Thrissur showrooms. This role is perfect for fashion graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in the luxury fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Assist customers in styling and selecting outfits based on their preferences.
✔ Provide expert advice on fabric, design, and customization options.
✔ Work closely with designers to understand collections and craftsmanship.
✔ Manage fittings, alterations, and ensure a seamless client experience.
✔ Support visual merchandising and store presentation.
✔ Stay updated with fashion trends and contribute creative inputs for styling.
✔ Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Requirements

???? Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in fashion retail/design.
???? Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
???? Strong interest in luxury and designer fashion.
???? Excellent communication and styling skills.
???? Ability to work in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.
