We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, and providing outstanding e-commerce customer support.
???? Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
???? Provide accurate & timely information on orders, returns, shipping, and products
???? Proactively resolve customer concerns to ensure a smooth shopping experience
???? Utilize Shopify and Gorgias CRM to manage customer interactions
???? Keep e-commerce platforms updated with product listings & promotions
???? Assist customers with placing, modifying, or canceling orders
???? Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate order processing
???? Monitor orders and provide real-time updates to customers
✔ Proven experience in customer service (preferably in an e-commerce environment)
✔ Familiarity with Shopify & CRM systems (specifically Gorgias)
✔ Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
✔ Problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail
✔ Tech-savvy with the following home office setup:
???? Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps
???? Dual-monitor setup for increased productivity
???? Reliable WiFi backup to prevent outages
