Job Timings

  • Shift 1: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST
  • Shift 2: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the email process in the U.S. housing market, playing a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Respond promptly to client queries via email, addressing inquiries related to real estate transactions, property listings, and market information.
  • Provide accurate, comprehensive information to resolve client concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth communication and to foster long-term client relationships in the real estate sector.
  • Manage customer inquiries efficiently and ensure that all tickets are addressed on time, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT, number of tickets resolved daily, and one-contact response rate.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work well under pressure.
  • A solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and systems.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with standard software such as G-SUITE, MS Office, ZenDesk, Slack, and Zoom is preferred.
